These two couldn’t be more adorable and PERSONALITY for miles – and we got to use old railroad cars that are intended for kids to play on! I got my “vintage” fix that day for sure! xoxo
Chooie and the family
Being a dog lover, I LOVE that this family wanted to include yellow lab, Chooie, in their photos! This family did something so rare: they did a photo session even though all the “kids” are grown! I’m ashamed to say I have yet to do a REAL photo session with MY parents or in-laws! Our family is our “safety net” through life – there for us through the ups and downs, free hugs, shoulders to lean on, willing to accept us at our worst and best. They are the most valuable thing we have – so time for me to get some real photos of my family – not the kind where I set the timer on the camera! I loved meeting this sweet family and check out this vintage Chevy – is that the best “prop” EVER!? I almost cried when I saw it for the first time, as I LOVE all things vintage!! God Bless this awesome family! Loved spending that Saturday evening with you! xoxo
I love my job!
Meet gorgeous family on a beautiful (but HOT!) day – awesome. Watch kids run, play, giggle – awesome. Photograph a beautiful couple, so in love – awesome. You see where I am going with this? I LOVE what I do! Loved this family too! xoxo
Watch out Sports Illustrated
This little miss belongs to my cousin. Are those little legs full of chunky goodness or what?! I LOVE this girl! xoxo

A quilt for college
My grandmother made the quilt that you see in some of these photos. She gave it to me as I left for college (almost 20 years ago!) and I don’t think I appreciated all the work she put into it then, but I sure do now. It is made from scraps of fabric that probably go back to the 1960s – you see, people like my grandmother who grew up during the Great Depression don’t throw away anything – and I am sure glad she didn’t, as I love all the “character” in this quilt! Little did I know that when she handed me this quilt 20 years ago that it would be one of the most priceless treasures I own. I actually called her yesterday to tell her how much I really love it and how much I love her. xoxo
